High time to broaden the horizon (again)!
For more than two decades, we have been designing and organizing tailor-made itineraries for individual travelers, in particular to Latin America and Southern Africa, from the initial, tentative itinerary to the shipping of all travel documents, including a handmade, up-to-date travel guide.
Rarely has the desire of many to literally get away from it all been as strong as it is today.

vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung und die Abrechnung. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, vielen Dank für Ihre super Planung. Die Unterkünfte haben uns sehr gut gefallen, auch der Mix zwischen BB und Hotels war sehr gut. Für das Hotel Xixim können wir eine positive Rückmeldung geben, die Zimmer und die ganze Hotelanlage waren sehr schön, der Strand war traumhaft und absolut einsam gelegen. Der Service war sehr nett und wir haben dort noch einen Ausflug zur Flamingo-Lagune gebucht und auch die Tour hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Öko-Konzept fanden wir sehr gut umgesetzt. Das Restaurant war gut, wenn auch nichts besonderes, aber auch preislich OK. Das Hotel in Tulúm hat uns als einzige Unterkunft nicht so gut gefallen, was aber vorallem an der sehr dicht gedrängten Strandstraße lag und daran dass wir im Zimmer non-stop Straßenlärm gehört haben, vielleicht hatten wir Pech mit der Windrichtung. Vielleicht war der Kontrast zu dem wirklich traumhaften Sea Dreams auf Caye Caulker aber auch einfach zu groß.
Dank Ihrer Empfehlungen haben wir immer sehr gut gegessen und uns auch sonst gut zurecht gefunden, allerdings hatten wir zusätzlich Mexiko-Karten aufs Handy runtergeladen, so ganz ohne Navi-Hilfe fanden
wir es manchmal doch schwierig über Land den richtigen Abzweig zu finden, in den Orten war es mit Schachbrett-Nummerierung wirklich einfach.
Eine gute Ergänzung für die Reiseunterlagen wären aber noch Hinweise zum Einreise/Ausreise Prozedere Mexiko/Belize, hier wurden wir von den hohen Ausreisegebühren (500 Peso/Nase) etwas kalt erwischt. Da wir bei der Puerta Calakmul nur in bar zahlen konnten, hatten wir grad noch 1070 Peso dabei. Die Tour nach Yaxchilán und Bonampak hat uns sehr gut gefallen, war aber anders als erwartet, wir sind zwar in einem kleinen Collectivo mit 12 Leuten gestartet, unterwegs schlossen sich aber noch 3 weitere Autos an, so dass die Gruppe vor Ort dann doch Reisebusstärke hatte. Vor Ort gab es einen sehr guten, aber leider nur spanischsprachigen, Reiseführer, so dass sich die ausländischen Teilnehmer alleine vergnügen mussten. Was für uns auch völlig OK war, einigen Mitreisenden war aber bei Buchung suggeriert wurden, dass man vor Ort einen englischen Guide
buchen könnte, das war bei den abgelegenen Stätten aber natürlich nicht der Fall.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub, und haben Blut geleckt, was Mittelamerika angeht, so dass wir sicherlich nochmal wegen einer Reiseplanung auf Sie zukommen werden.
