Our trip Namibia by rental car tour takes you in comfortable driving stages to known and unknown destinations, which stand for the scenic, cultural and geological diversity of the country.
The route starts and ends in Namibia’s capital Windhoek. In between are the impressive plateau of the Waterberg, a short visit to the Hoba meteorite, which is considered the world’s largest, the crossing of Etosha National Park with several stops from the eastern edge to its western border, Damaraland with the famous San rock engravings at Twyfelfontein, which are a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the drive through the Namib Desert to the Skeleton Coast between Terrace Bay and Cape Cross, and finally a visit to Swakopmund. At the end of the trip, you will visit the Brandberg, Namibia’s highest peak and the famous “White Lady” rock paintings, and take a game drive to see the desert elephants in the Ugab Valley.
